For standard cakes, 24–48 hours' notice is ideal. Custom designs, tiered cakes, and wedding orders need at least 4–5 days so we have time to confirm the design and source any special ingredients with you.

Yes — most of our favorite cakes started as custom requests. Message us on WhatsApp with your idea, reference photos if you have any, and your event date, and we'll confirm the design, price, and timeline with you directly.

We deliver across Dhaka, with same-zone delivery to the Ashkona/Uttara area and wider delivery to the rest of the city and beyond. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, and Nagad. For bKash and Nagad, you'll send payment to our account and enter your transaction ID at checkout so we can confirm it quickly.

Every order gets a tracking code the moment it's placed. Click "Track Order" in the menu and enter your Order ID or tracking code to see live status, from processing through out-for-delivery.

We can accommodate most common requests such as eggless or nut-free cakes with advance notice — just mention it when you message us so we can confirm what's possible for your chosen flavor.

Changes are easiest before your cake goes into production. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the change or cancellation.

Most of our cakes are best refrigerated and brought to room temperature about 20–30 minutes before serving. Cream-based cakes and cheesecakes should stay chilled until just before serving for the best texture.
